Harn is a small mining village that lies on the Sofort Road about a 4 day ride south of Sothhaven and a 3 day ride north of Avashen Ford. The village has a rough wooden palisade around which runs a mostly dried up moat left by an old tributary to the [[Ganset River]] which lies about a half-mile to the east. About a hundred yards from the south gate of the village is an old cemetery. Aside from a large number of residential buildings, Harn has a single inn and tavern run by a man named Cristoff. There is also an outfitter attached to the local blacksmith shop that sells odds and ends, mostly mining equipment. A large stable on the north side of town is used as public housing for the mules that pull in loads of ore from the surrounding mines.
